 | Drive April 13 2008 | Our Breakfast Drive on Sunday, April 13, was an enjoyable success! 21 members gathered for breakfast and 11 cars went on the drive. The weather cooperated, and those with convertibles had their tops down. We left the Chequered Flag Restaurant at 10:30, drove over the Highlands along the very twisty Munns and Prospect Lake roads. After a short stop at Elk Lake Park, we continued thought Mount Douglas Park, Gordon Head, the Uplands and ended our drive at Willows Beach in Oak Bay at noon. As membership director, it was satisfying to see that almost half the attendees were new members to the club. All very much enjoyed the event!
